Overview of Events and Pricing:

We can Caterer ALL Events “Sweet Rock & Shon Redding Experience”

• Example: Five (5) Course Meal that can feed 20-25 Individuals for less than $250

 

1. Birthday Parties

• Purpose: Milestone celebrations.

• Common features: Access to 360 Machines, Game Room, Large and Small Area.

• Cost Range: – Restricted to Certain Hours

  • $100 - $150 Hourly (Kids Under 12)

  • $150 - $200 Hourly (13 years – 18 years)

  • $200 - $250 Hourly (Adults)

 

2. Special Occasions | Anniversaries

• Purpose: Milestone celebrations.

• Common features: Access to 360 Machines, Game Room, Large and Small Area.

• Cost Range: – Restricted to Certain Hours

  • $150 - $250 Hourly  

 

3. Weddings

• Purpose: Ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers.

• Common features: Access to 360 Machines, Large seating capacity, dance floor, kitchen, decor options.

• Cost Range: $500 - $800 Hourly

 

4. Business | Corporate Events

• Purpose: Job Fair, Seminars, workshops, product launches, meetings.

• Common features: Wi-Fi, breakout rooms, A/V support.

• Cost Range:

  • $150 - $500 Hourly

 

5. Conferences and Trade Shows

• Purpose: Large-scale gatherings, expos.

• Common features: Booth setup space, registration areas, media support.

• Cost Range:

  • $500 - $600 Hourly

 

6. Baby Showers / Gender Reveals

• Purpose: Family gathering and celebration.

• Common features: Seating, decoration options, kitchen or catering access.

• Cost Range: $150 - $200 Hourly

 

7. Community Events and Fundraisers

• Purpose: Local gatherings, auctions, charity events.

• Cost Range: $150 - $250 hourly

 

8. Major Events, Special Events or Shows

• Purpose: Entertainment or Etc

• Cost Range: $1,000 - $2,500 (Total) or $500 - $600 Hourly  

 

Additional Fees:

• Reserve Deposit: 50%

• Security (if required)

 

Important Note: Reservation at the center gives you free access to the 360 Photo Social Machine, Play Station and X Box Games and much more at no additional cost.
