Operation Associate


Job Description:
TranMazon Center is different from everywhere else. No two days are ever the same. You must be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!  Your ultimate focus is on providing good guest customer service, promptly responding to customers in a friendly manner to create great guest experience.


The Operation Associate Position Details:
•    Provide unparalleled guest experience while creating an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
•    Keeps immediate supervisor (lead) promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
•    Provides world class customer service and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and leadership.
•    Greetings guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets guests upon entering the “Center”.
•    Assists with all operation services such as restaurant, virtual reality zone, event zone, social media zone, virtual mail zone and more.
•    Assists the guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations.
•    Bids farewell to guests leaving. Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites guests to return.
•    Notifies supervisor (lead) of any guest that is perceived to be unhappy.
•    Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
•    Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
•    Checks for restocking of necessary supplies. Brings all areas up to standard. Discuss problem areas with supervisor (lead).
•    Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the center. Ensures all areas are clean and unobstructed.
•    Proper positions and make sure all displays are in the proper place.
•    Assists in daily maintenance and organization of virtual mail room and storage areas.
•    Efficiently and safely manage and monitor the virtual reality gaming zone daily.
•    Assists with general store and center maintenance as directed by management.
•    Assist other team members as needed.
•    Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
•    Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
•    Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
•    Must be at least 18 years of age.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:
•    Workdays, nights, and/or weekends as required.
•    Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
•    Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
•    Read and write handwritten notes.
•    Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Operation Lead

Operation Lead: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas of the operation.

Requirements:
•    21+ years of age
•    Customer Services, Management or Supervisor Experience
•    Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
•    Strong business acumen
•    Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
•    The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
•    Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

 

What will you be doing daily?
•    Promote positive team member relations, including effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale
•    Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs in order to meet or exceed annual budgets
•    Ensure the execution of staff training programs
•    Ensure staffing levels and management coverage are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience
•    Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff
•    Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and procedures

Host | Hostess

 

Job Description:
A Hostess, or Host is responsible for welcoming our guest customers into our center. Your duties include greeting customers and showing customers to their respective areas of the center.
Host | Hostess duties and responsibilities
Our Host | Hostess is responsible for making sure that our customer has the best possible experience. Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
•    Greeting customers and taking them to areas of interest
•    Providing waiting times to customers for certain areas of operation
•    Creating an appropriate atmosphere for guests that’s waiting for services
•    Providing personalized service and assistance for large parties of guests and VIPs
•    Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area
•    Assisting with the opening and closing of the center
•    Learning the food and beverage menu
